Piping Wiring Heat-resistant Detachable Cover Spark Burn Prevention Spatter Sheet

Protects pipes and wiring in factories and construction sites with detachable heat-resistant covers. They can be easily attached and detached using Velcro, belts, or buttons.

In work environments where sparks are generated from welding and similar activities, heat-resistant covers are used to protect surrounding pipes, wiring, and equipment. When pipes are at high temperatures, wrapping them can improve the working environment and help prevent burns for workers. Features: - Our covers do not have standard sizes. - All products are custom-made according to your specifications. - We will consult with you regarding the manufacturing details based on product size, diameter, and length. - Materials will be selected based on site conditions, environmental temperature, and desired specifications. - There are materials available that can withstand temperatures up to approximately 1200°C. - We can also provide materials that comply with the flammability testing methods of the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS A 1323), including Class A, B, and C compliant products. We can process from raw fabric as well.

Tips about spatter sheets

To everyone involved with spatter sheets. Introducing the weaving methods of Yoshino-made spatter sheets.

Our company manufactures and sells various products made from flame-resistant fibers, including safety-related products. Yoshino's spatter sheets come in four types of weaves: "satin weave," "twill weave," "plain weave," and "felt (non-woven fabric)." Flame-resistant fibers are excellent in flame retardancy, but when woven, gaps occur in the weave. To seal these gaps, silicone is coated on the surface of the fabric. The coating also has the effect of repelling sparks, preventing slag from staying in one place, and the moisture contained in the silicone evaporates, allowing heat to escape. This results in less deterioration of the fabric compared to uncoated materials. 【Weaving methods of Yoshino's spatter sheets】 ■ Satin weave ■ Twill weave ■ Plain weave ■ Felt (non-woven fabric) *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
